All About Routine - Daily Habits

10k Steps Daily

80 oz water or combination of water and ginger tea


Daily morning routine

your daily routine sets the tone for your day

Wake at 4:30 or 5 am

  • Bathroom

  • Get dressed in workout clothing

  • Scrape Tongue

  • Brush Teeth

  • Floss

  • Brush again

  • I brush with toothpaste I make consisting of a paste of Bentonite Clay, Baking Soda, and then some essential oils of choice. I like Peppermint and Thieves or cinnamon and orange. The floss I use is eco friendly - in glass jars and you just reorder the floss itself. And I use a bamboo toothbrush. All about the environment too.


About 5:00 AM

  • 16 oz Glass of room temperature water with Daily Greens, fresh squeezed lime and a pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt. Sometimes I add ACV. Great way to hydrate the body early and replace any electrolytes lost during the night. Natural energy and vitamins early in the day.

  • Walk 30 minutes or Run 3 Miles - getting fresh air. My goal is to get outside every day early to breathe in the fresh air, move my body and fill my brain with motivating content or value content that always teaches me, inspires me, motivates me. My morning choice is Dr. Stephan Cabral with the The Cabral Concept Podcast, or a Skill-share Tutorial, Audible or other Podcasts.

  • Morning movement - lunges, pull ups, push ups, rebounder, ab twists, yoga stretching

6 am - Read, Write, Plan and Budget

About 6:30 or 7:00 am

Morning Daily Nutrition Shake includes (This is my breakfast)

  • 2 scoops Equilibrium Nutrition Shake

  • 1 Daily Probiotic Support Capsule

  • 1 scoop Equilibrium Advanced collagen

  • 2 Thyroid Support Capsules

  • 2 Adrenal Soothe Capsule

  • 2 Capsules Magnesium

  • 1 Iron Capsule

  • 1/2 Dropper Vitamin D

  • 1 tbsp healthy fat like Hemp Seed Oil, sometimes I add in 1 tbsp ground flax seed

  • 2 handfuls (2 cups) of leafy green or bunch of cilantro or parsley. So good for heavy metal detoxification and phytonutrients.

  • Fresh ginger and turmeric if on hand

  • 1/2 to 1 cup wild organic berries

  • 16 to 20 oz filtered water


7 am

  • Drive son to school

  • Listen to a Cabral Concept Podcast or other self development tool on the way to school with my son - he loves them too!

  • Drive back home

  • Begin workday about 7:30 am

  • Below is an ideal day I try to aspire for. It does change up daily depending on themes for the day. And below that is a goal week. Still tweaking this but working on getting a more sound schedule in place. Key when running your own business.
