All About Routine - Daily Habits
3 main habits:
10k Steps Daily
96 oz water or combination of water and ginger tea
12 to 16 hours daily intermittent fasting
Daily morning routine
your daily routine sets the tone for your day
Wake at 4:30 or 5 am
Get dressed in workout clothing
I brush with toothpaste I make consisting of a paste from a recipe I got from Wellness Mama - it is called Remineralizing Toothpaste and can be found here:

The floss I use is eco friendly - in glass jars and you just reorder the floss itself. And I use a bamboo toothbrush. All about the environment too.
After I will swish with Sesame Seed Oil for about 10 to 15 minutes then spit in trash can. This helps with cleansing the mouth and killing off bacteria.
About 5:00 AM
24 oz Glass of room temperature water with fresh squeezed lemon or lime and a pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt plus I add Apple Cider Vinegar. Great way to hydrate the body early and replace any electrolytes lost during the night. Natural energy and vitamins early in the day.
Walk 30 minutes or Run 3 Miles - getting fresh air. My goal is to get outside every day early to breathe in the fresh air, move my body and fill my brain with motivating content or value content that always teaches me, inspires me, motivates me.
Morning movement - lunges, pull ups, push ups, rebounder, ab twists, yoga stretching
Morning Workout - Such as spin, cardio, weights, walking, yoga
6 am - Read, Write, Plan and Budget
Drink a 2nd 16 oz glass of lime infused water while reading, writing, etc.
Read 10 Pages
Daily Journal, (I do love the Day One iPhone app - I use for sharing a pix, reviewing my day, stating my gratitude) and goals for the day - Review calendar (I LOVE Google and the entire Google Suite platform - this guides my life and organizes my life via Calendar, Contacts, Google Keep, Google Tasks, Google Drive, Etc.)
Budget - Review financials online via Tillerhq.com google spreadsheet. Love the flexibility of this program!

Morning Daily Nutrition Shake includes (This is my breakfast)
2 scoops Protein Nutrition Shake
1 Daily Probiotic Support Capsule
1 Iron Capsule
1/2 Dropper Vitamin D
1 tbsp healthy fat like Hemp Seed Oil, or sometimes I add in 1 tbsp ground flax seed - great for fiber and bowel regulation.
2 handfuls (2 cups) of leafy green or bunch of cilantro or parsley. So good for heavy metal detoxification and phytonutrients.
Fresh ginger and turmeric if on hand
1/2 to 1 cup wild organic berries
20 oz filtered water
Listen to a self development tool on the way to school with my son if taking him - he loves them too!
Begin workday about 8:00 am
Below is an ideal day I try to aspire for. It does change up daily depending on themes for the day. And below that is a goal week. Still tweaking this but working on getting a more sound schedule in place. Key when running your own business or working from home.
