I will share some apps I think are good to use, along with some online resources that you might find useful or helpful. Enjoy! At the very least, try to encourage yourself to get in 10,000 Steps a day. Just moving your body daily and reminding yourself to get up and move away from your desk is a awesome. Set a reminder on your phone to encourage yourself to get up and walk. It does a mind and the body good!
