2018 - New Goals - A New Day Planner
New year! New 90 day journal. All last year I used Best Self which I loved, but noticed quite a few new options on the market this past fall. So I purchased a couple to try 2018. This one I’m starting with is Michaelhyatt’s Full Focus planner. I’m really liking it as I sit and fill out today and start the new quarter off with some SMART goals. 💯 I really like the Weekend Optimizer section. Setting that up as important time in life to regenerate and enjoy. Slow down. Reflect. Rejuvenate. My morning reading is finishing up Dr. Morse book and all about Health and Spirituality. Recognizing we are so much more than our physical bodies. Love the diagram on Anatomy of Creation. This book has been awesome. It’s falling apart so I’m tempted to buy another one. I’ve even Thought how I would love my kids to have copies if they would read or keep. So simple. So basic. So much truth. Whole body living. Working towards a mucous free life and experience. I’m so incredibly grateful for all the enlightenment these teachings bring me. Ironic I know to have a planner next to this section saying awareness is when we stop thinking, planning, and desiring. 🌟⭐️📕It’s a true journey to do this and something I’ll dig deep to get better at 2018. For now, I like to use still as I like to set goals and form habits. 2018 goals will be 80% raw, 20% cooked and Avoiding dairy as much as I can. The meat free life is so much me now.
