Cronometer - Really Cool Online Diary for Health Tracking...

Since I discovered Dr. Mercola, I've been researching lots of stuff on his site and just totally loving all that I am learning. So, when I saw that he had this app and web link, Cronometer,  I had to try it out. I think I love it so far!  It's much more detailed in documenting food and analysis of specific nutrition than anything I've done in the past.  I have used Myfitnesspal in the past and that was pretty good, but I didn't keep up with it.  It's a great community and database of foods for sure.  I'm really interested in this one right now, because of the details on nutrition specifically.  I'm fascinated lately by details like this and the science behind things so thinking I'll try tracking some things on here and see where I might be off in vital vitamins and nutrition in my diet.  I am also intrigued by the Ketosis part of it and choosing that plan to document if you want, and more so since I was watching the Youtube Video How to Use this and personalize it.  I did a few screen shots just to share some of my screens as I begin to put in data and see how the charts look.  Interesting....

And then, the iPhone App is pretty cool too - so going to try that out a while and see what I think and how I like that......
