I thought about blogging for so long but never did it, and then all of a sudden this week or last week, I decided to try it out. Been working to update my site and add all kinds of stuff - and it's like I'm trying to filter through my head what I am doing in life still?
I am trying to figure out how to do my passion of things in life and make them somewhat profitable. My passions are this, if I can bullet them out - I mean they always, always, always state in the webinars, podcasts, etc - find your PASSION and do that. Just do something with that and build a business with that. I seem to lack continuous focus in this busy world, which I think so many others do too. Anyhow, I LOVE:

3+2 Clean Eating Energy Balls
I love to cook and try Paleo stuff. So, today as an added value to this blog post, I will share some photos of a simple and yummy energy ball I have been making lately and totally love. But also trying to not overload my page with like a zillion photos of the same food and totally large images too. So, here they are!
1 Cup Chopped Nuts - Almonds and pecans or just almonds - I like to mix it up
1/2 Cup Dates
1 to 2 tbsp. organic virgin coconut oil
Dash Sea Salt
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
optional - add in 1 tbsp. chia seeds and/or 1/4 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
Mix all in a food processor. Actually, grind the nuts first then add the dates and mix it all up then add other stuff until you get a consistency where you can roll them into balls. You can then put in freezer to harden quicker and then later transfer to refrigerator. They are so super yummy. And my son loves them too. So, a treat here and there. And lately I've been having too many treats, so I gotta curb this little habit. But I do love these. I called it 3+2 because it really is 3 simple ingredients, then you can add couple flavorings to enhance it. You can also add in chia seeds - like 1 tbsp. if you want that added crunch and nutrition. Maybe unsweetened flaked coconut?
