For Thrive on 5 Health Practitioner Services

My goal is to help you feel the best you have always wanted to feel. If that means losing weight, sleeping better, working on your digestive issues, increasing your energy, or improve health overall - I would love to help you out!

One way we can do that is to start with a lab test from a Functional Medicine Practitioner I partner with. Once you do that, you get a precise written protocol by that Practitioner. In addition you will receive a 30 minute consultation with the doctor’s certified health coach. Following that, I work with you on a diet and lifestyle protocol over 12 weeks to ensure maximum success.

The program looks like this:

Month 1: (Day 1)

  • 60 Minute Private Consultation (In person or by Skype or phone)

    • We work on a health history intake form together

    • Talk about initial steps in program

    • Begin 21 day recommended detox or discuss when to start

    • Order labs if desired

Month 2: (Day 30)

  • 60 Minute Wellness Plan Appointment

  • Discuss Custom Wellness Plan

  • Review Labs if they have been ordered

  • Give steps for the program and supplements

  • Discuss exercise program

Month 3: (Day 60)

  • 30 Minute Follow Up

  • Check on weight loss - weigh in

  • Steps for weeks 8-12

  • Discuss other cleanses and protocols based on symptoms and health issues

Month 4: (Day 90)

  • 30 Minute Follow Up (Last official follow up)

  • Finish 12 week plan. Discuss weight loss - should be down about 18 lb. by now.

  • Recommend next level options and maintenance plan if desired
